The form looks like this and we request you to please provide detailed information as requested for a quick review. We expect about 24 hrs to have your request reviewed and put up on our site at http://www.advanide.com/excessstock/stocklist.html. Any request received by us from any of our customers, for your submitted lot, will be forwarded to you.
