Following these motifs we conform with a globally accepted, standardized set of business conduct guidelines, the Electronic Industry Code of Conduct (“EICC”).

The EICC Code of Conduct was already adopted by leading OEM, ODM and EMS companies like IBM, HP, DELL, Intel, Sony, Lucent, Flextronics, Jabil, Solectron, Celestica and Foxconn.

The code is made up of five sections.

Sections A, B and C outline standards for Labour, Health, Safety, and Environment.

Sections D outlines the elements of a management system which is necessary to ensure conformity to this code.

Section E contains standards relating to business ethics.
